Due to the effects of a recent server change, the ability to create new accounts or to change the passwords of existing accounts is currently unavailable. The synchronisation of the various databases is currently broken, so while new accounts will work on the website (and perhaps the forums?), it won't work for Spark itself.

It shall be fixed ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.
